Clinical Mental Health Counseling
Anna’s approach is about creating a space where you can truly be yourself. Whether you’re untangling the knots of anxiety, diving into relationship dynamics, or simply exploring new ways to feel more at ease, she is here to walk this path with you—no judgments, just open-minded exploration.
Anna specializes in ADHD, self-esteem issues, codependency, life transitions, and relationship issues. She tailors her approach to your needs using Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and an attachment-based perspective. She aims to help you develop resilience, find clarity, and build a fulfilling life.
In her sessions, you’ll find a warm, non-judgmental space to dive into what’s on your mind and work together to navigate life’s challenges. Anna firmly believes that every person has the capacity for change and growth, and is here to support you every step of the way, inspiring hope and confidence in your journey.
When she’s not in session, Anna is likely experimenting in the kitchen, watching a questionable reality TV show, or playing with her long-haired chihuahua Zeus. She brings a genuine curiosity and a light-hearted spirit to her work, creating an atmosphere where you can feel at ease and comfortable as you discover your own strengths and solutions.
